Mayor of Tarakeshwar Municipality, Mr. Krishna Hari Maharjan, laid the foundation stone for a new city hospital in Ward No. 6 on Asar 18, 2082 BS. Deputy Mayor Mrs. Sirjana Burlakoti Aryal, ward chairpersons, executive members, acting ward chairperson of Ward No. 6, department heads, staff, journalists, and local residents attended the ceremony. The newly inaugurated building will initially serve as an OPD (Outpatient Department), while the remaining sections will provide additional healthcare services. Mayor Maharjan assured that the construction will complete within the stipulated time, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Deputy Mayor Aryal emphasized that the timely completion of the hospital will enable local residents to access medical services soon. The project marks a significant step in improving healthcare infrastructure in the municipality.
